Big Fist – Stylized 3D Game Character | No Surrender Heroes

Big Fist is a heavy-class combat character developed for the Web3 game No Surrender Heroes.

Designed around power and impact, the character emphasizes a strong silhouette, exaggerated proportions, and a dominant mechanical arm to communicate weight and authority in gameplay.

Pixune Studios handled the complete production pipeline, including high-poly sculpting, optimized retopology, PBR texturing, rigging, and animation integration for real-time performance.

The oversized robotic gauntlet was carefully engineered to maintain visual balance while preserving clean deformation during combat animations.

This asset was optimized for in-game use while maintaining promotional-level visual quality.
